There were a few issues which I managed to get resolved before there were too many downloads. Thanks to club member Fritz for helping me out by noticing a few issues in the first release.

Pristine is almost ready to go. I got the first version back from the coder. It needs a few changes, but it should be ready to release soon enough.

I don't expect that everything is absolutely perfect (although I've tried my best). So please let me know of any site issues or problems you come across.

1) Please be considerate to one another. This is a free community, so don't demand attention from me, or anyone else. Read the forum expectations if you think you're not being serviced appropriately on this forum.

2) Although we try to offer support for our themes, you must be reasonable. We will endeavour to iron out bugs, but sometimes we might suggest you hire someone to help you. We'll do our best to answer those questions, but our priority lies with people having immediate issues with the themes.

3) Don't spam. Anything that resembles it will result in automatic deletion of your account and banning from the forum.

4) Watch your language. There will be little tolerance towards bad, offensive, or vulgar language (this includes use in both personal and non-personal contexts). Repeat offenders will be banned. If you have a problem with someone, let admin know; do not return attacks.

5) Support is only offered for themes released by Freebie Themes. Please, do not ask questions regarding other themes.

6) Remember to post a link to the site you are asking questions about, or requesting support for. It's much easier to diagnose issues when it can be seen.

7) Do not private message anyone for technical support for the themes. The forum exists as a resource for all, allowing the all members of the community to contribute in helping and learning from the threads.

It's great to see you here, and I'm delighted if our themes can offer you what you need for your WordPress built website or blog.

Although Freebie Themes is my brainchild, I don't want you to feel that it's mine. What I simply mean is, this is a community project, and there are not only other people involved, but there are lots of different ways in which you can get involved too.

However, because the work here and support is offered free, I feel it's necessary to clarify what you can expect from the forum. To be honest, I was a little hesitant to add a forum because of the expectations members might assume. But, I figured we should give it a try based on the following conditions:

1) Currently, I am the sole moderator of the forum. Therefore, please be patient. Designing themes, organising their development, testing them, updating the site, marketing the site, etc coupled with moderating a forum, makes for a fairly busy day.

2) I cannot guarantee that all your support questions will be answered.

3) I can assure you, if there is a coding bug you've found, or browser incompatibility with a common browser with any of the themes, then there will be an effort made to contact the responsible coder, and seek for an answer.

4) If you have a WordPress related question, you can ask, but usually Google is your friend for questions which don't directly relate to our themes.

5) If you find a solution to a question you ask, please try to return to the thread and share the answer/solution; it may be useful for other members in the future.

The primary purpose of the forum community is to support each other. Many members like to tweak and customise our themes to their taste.

Please, if you are capable, I encourage you to assist other members. If you are an expert in theme customisation, and show a desire to help the community, I will not hesitate to add you as a 'partner' in this project, where members will be encouraged to consider you for paid customisation work.

Also, feel free to jump in with your tips and tricks with our themes.
